VERY sharp full resolution image. As mentioned in the manual and other reviews, it's very easy to use and focus - but magnification depends on distance and focus knob (both) - so for a mega close-up, bring the microscope closer to the object yourself, and use the *second* focal length closest to the + side of the dial. I started with a 'further' zoom/focus, which I believe is a maximum of 50x, and took an initial overview shot and then zoomed in to get the details. Touch button to be more efficient - it's not that they implemented it poorly, it's just that literally EVERY movement ruins the picture. I can 3D print a stronger stand as the flexible neck is half the problem. So far, the solution has been to use soft buttons. Also note that the video recording resolution is terrible in the bundled software. VGA (640 x 480) is limited, while photos have up to 1600 x 1200 for 4:3 and 1280 x 720 for 16:9. To solve this problem I use VLC to play videos and record when videos are required. The LEDs are excellent and the diffuser is a welcome feature. Looking at the solder joints, I actually dimmed the LED a bit because it was *too* bright. Also to note: This works with regular webcam chips and I had NO problems (immediately) getting this to work with Cheese on Linux. on a Raspberry Pi that had no issues with image and video processing. Good stuff. My ONLY complaint would be a faster interface that allows for smoother previewing/capturing. You have to be patient with higher resolutions - above 10 fps it stutters a bit. connected diodes inside) - Parallax light intensity sensor [looks like a grid] (wide and mega-close) - Edge and pins of the ESP8266 chip on the NodeMCU microcontroller - Close-up of the "wifi" logo on the same chip ESP8266 -SK6812 Addressable RGBWW LED (note on a tiny IC) (and a great closeup of this IC and one of the diodes) (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01K4HTXOC/ref=twister_B01M8HHAXI?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1)
