Box including lenses, cleaning cloth, ear tips and nose tips as advertised. The lenses fit perfectly and the ear socks and cornea were very easy to put on. Remember this is for an Oakley HALF JACKET (Old School Frame) and NOT a Half Jacket 2.0 or Flak Jacket. Look inside your glasses and the frame will tell you the product number. That said, these frames are still great. I like the old style Oakley more than the new design and this product makes them look brand new again. Definitely worth the money, will definitely buy again.
