The best thing about train line, apart from being able t get cheap deals for journeys that you know are going off at midnight or very early in morning - which saves time when it comes round- they will give all trains an hour before departure times (at least where I live).

They can be slow responding with refunds/changes sometimes but other than this there's not much i don't like so far! It helps save money as well because if your journey isn’t until late night then its cheaper compared too buying separate fares online etc..
