I didn't read the full description so I didn't know it came with a glass protector which surprised me as I bought it separately lol. Either way, the case fits great, and yes, it fits the original dock too. Although I bought a third party dock from Best Buy (Insignia) and unfortunately it doesn't fit this dock properly. The case cover isn't too difficult to remove, just make sure you remove it from the top of the switch and not the bottom. I think another flaw is that the joycon's trigger buttons are a bit awkward to use. , you need long nails to press the unlock buttons with JoyCon security enabled. Also, the plastic is too thick, so it feels "flat" when trying to press the arrow keys or the letter keys. One last thing about the joycon lids is that they seem to pop out if you drop them (although that hasn't happened to me yet). I also love this set and recommend it to everyone. looking for full protection for his switch.
