Good product at an overpriced price! This is my only complaint. I think it's around $40-$45 ($50 in May). I paid $69 and this is NOT worth $69. So if you can wait for the sale, I would. Apart from the price, I like the product. I just had fibroid surgery and needed something to calm me down and help me relax! Here it is! I lie on it as I am almost bedridden. It's comfortable, which means you can lie comfortably on it... BUT... the pillow isn't super plush and you'll feel small bumps vibrating in the mat. Warmth. You have various options for the type of vibration you want. It's pretty simple, in my opinion. But does its job. I like that the vibration is not too intense. It's just what it takes to calm me down, relax and ease my pain. I like warmth, wish we could regulate the heat. This is an automatic shutdown and there are no options to extend the time or leave it on. So when it turns off you have to turn it on again, it takes 30/45 minutes I think. The pillow is very soft and comfortable. I had this rug for a week and lay on it all day. My pillow is already crumpled BUT I think it will be fine with normal use. I have a different situation, I constantly lie on it. I like the pillow, it would be nice if it was removable.
