Review on Fluval A7551 CO2 Indicator Kit by Jasmine Ashford

I mainly use Fluval or Eheim products. The reason is customer service. Fluval excelled in this product. The dropper arrived with an empty bottle of indicator liquid. Judging by the packaging, everything in the box was leaking. Now I could send it all back to Revain for another one or call Fluval for a warranty. I decided to call Fluval. Your customer service is top notch. I emailed Fluval regarding the issue and provided my Revain account. Soon after (same day mind you) I received a reply that a replacement was on the way. When the package arrived (usually 4-5 business days) I was surprised. They not only replaced the indicator liquid. They just sent me a brand new set. (MANY THANKS). I had no problems with this verification program. You take off the transparent top. Invert the lid, add liquid up to the line. Place the lower part carefully on the upper part and assemble it. Then rotate the device "SLOWLY” until it is vertical. Some reviews say liquid leaks. I believe this can happen if you don't assemble it properly or are not careful when disassembling and damage the o-ring. Both of mine work perfectly. Yes it did the excess work in another tank.
