Review on 🚲 Enhanced Explorer Rack by Topeak by Ronald Orear

I fitted this trunk to my 1978 Peugeot UO9. The lugs on the rear wheel were unthreaded and 5/16 in diameter. I bought 5/16 x 3/16 inch sockets to fit the 5mm mounting bolts. I used a 5mm x 20mm stainless pan head bolt with sockets and on either side of the eyelet I used 5mm fender washers behind the pan head and between the post and eyelet and nylock nuts. I also didn't have threaded seatstays for the bike rack. On the seatstays I used 1/2" rubber insulated P-clamps to attach the rack arms. The rack is very strong and I didn't have to modify my bike or rack to fit my bike. I fitted the rack with an MTX -Added bag.
