If you already have the correct pot lights installed these LED bulbs are easy to install. My current pot lights have a "stepped" and tapered interior (see photo - black arrow indicates "steps" in my pot lights) and the springs that come with these replacement LED lights snap in very tightly. If the inside of your existing pot lights is curved and smooth, this can be a problem during installation - every situation is different. The 5 position dimmer switch on these LEDs works phenomenally allowing you to customize any ambience or change the setting. if necessary in seconds. Before replacing another brand of LED bulbs (NOT these LEDs!) that I used in pots, I had to screw the LED frame to the existing pot in two places, which is a real pain, especially considering that I change 46 interior lamps! The first photo on the left shows the new LED bulbs at maximum brightness. The second photo on the right shows the "steps" in my existing lights that allow the LED lighting springs to grab the new LEDs and hold them in place. I like the easy installation and adjustable Kelvin output switch on these LEDs. very well done! As I mentioned, your experience may differ - good luck and I hope this review helps!
