Review on AmazonBasics Dimmable Candelabra with Extended Lifespan by Keegan Hillyer

This is a simple candelabra light bulb. They generate the typical light brightness. I can't comment on the durability yet as I had it not long ago but I can comment on other specs. These lamps produce a noticeable flicker. I've installed them in ceiling fans and can see the fan blades shimmering across the ceiling when the fan and lights are on. The flicker is usually imperceptible unless there are fast-moving objects or when you are not looking around the room quickly, but is otherwise noticeable. Keep this in mind if you have trouble with flickering lights. It annoys me a little but I can live with it for saving money over traditional incandescent bulbs. I bought the daylight versions. In my opinion the daylight versions are too cool and I am considering getting warm versions instead. The resulting luminous flux looks somewhat artificial. Colorful objects appear muted when this is the only light in the room. Don't expect full-spectrum lighting. The light quality is the same if not worse than that of fluorescent lamps. Of the 12 lamps ordered, one broke on delivery. I didn't return the order as I only needed 7 out of 12. Now I have one less stock.
