Three things motivated my choice of rammer to review. Unique opportunity, direct comparison and pleasant exit for others. It's struck me that with fifteen Saboteurs and about the same number of participants at this point (if not more when it gets to you) some get double checked, but manners dictate that the first in the party doesn't take everything. the best snacks off the plate on the first playthrough. If you like a large handle to grip and a slightly wider surface to squeeze, this is the option for you. I've had minor arm surgeries here and there (motorcycle injuries and a lawnmower accident, don't ask) and the larger diameter is fine with me. The weight is good, comparable or slightly lighter than most others in the box, and it's more balanced towards the center than most. Everything else seems to be heavier towards the working end (piston) and this one seems a bit higher. Not quite in the middle, but much higher. I get the impression that Les is using something to add weight to the tamper and the placement seems right to me if that's the case.
