Review on JESLED Upgrade Flashlight Replacement 🔦 Conversion: Enhance the Power and Performance by Annie Thornton

Bought to replace the bulb in a DeWalt 18v flashlight I use this flashlight often and often leave it on for an entire work session lasting an hour or more. The light from the old bulb was a bit uneven and dimmer as the battery drained. This new bulb is exceptionally bright with a more neutral color temperature (less yellow than the old bulb). Gives a wide and bright beam of light. The only problem is that it's brighter right in the center, but that can be okay when working up close. I don't see this as a problem but wanted to mention it. I can polish a small lens over the LED to create a more diffused light in the center. {Following Note} - I spent some time on this last night. The bright center is determined by the reflector cone of the flashlight and the height of the lamp in it. If I lower the illuminant, I get an even illumination in the light cone. I'm going to set this up so the top of the lamp is flush with the DeWalt reflector cone. So the problem isn't with the lightbulb, it's with the DeWalt flashlight. As I said, I don't see this as a problem, but I wanted to make it more concrete at this point. It only took a few seconds to change the bulb (perfect for the old one) and I was amazed at how much brighter my favorite bulb is. Flashlight is now. I am very happy with this purchase.
