Upc-e cannot be converted to upc-a. this is for retail

I am a retailer and there are different types of UOC on the market and the scanner should be able to convert one UOC to another UOC. as from upc-e to upc-a . and spending over $100 and not getting a feature, it's not worth it. I bought a Honeywell scanner for a slightly higher price but they have all the features. gratitude
