Can no longer be tightened

I started running long distances and didn't want to carry a water bottle anymore. I know I could do it without water, but I also feel better after drinking water along the way, so I figured I'd look for a water backpack. I finally managed to use it and now I think I'll use it on all my walks. I was nervous about what it would be like to run with a backpack full of water, but after about a mile I got used to it. It was also nice to have my phone and keys in my side pocket instead of my back pocket like I usually do. The bladder is really easy to fill and has a unique seal. You take off the blue piece of plastic that seals the bag, then open it to fill it. The tube is very long so you can thread it through your bag's shoulder straps and then tuck it into one of the elastics. One thing I didn't like is that you suck in a lot of air because it's a bit difficult to get water through the mouthpiece unless you bite straight down the center of the hole. I had to keep looking down to see which direction the hole was facing so I could bite into it properly. I filled my bladder to a full 2 liters and there was still some left after a 10km walk. One thing I might do next time is add some ice cubes because I noticed it got warmer at the end. The pouch will be pressed against your sweaty back, and it's also a black pouch so I'm sure it's easy to make the water warmer. for music festivals. It also has a whistle on the front that's pretty easy to activate quickly if you're ever in danger. My only other complaint is that my chest strap and lower waist strap are as tight as they can get and I wish they could get even tighter. I wanted them to fit snugly around my body so the bag doesn't bounce around when I run and it's still a little. The shoulder straps can still be tightened, but not in the chest area. I'm taller so I imagine it really won't be tight for a skinny person
