I bought these briefs for my husband, based on the reviews. And i am very glad I did because My husband loved the boxer briefs. He is 6'0 and 186 lbs and the mediums fit him perfectly. They fit as expected. They are form fitting, which he loved because It held "everything" in place and made his "flat" butt look good. BUT If you are a man with more than a handful for butt and/or you feel like you might get bigger I suggest you get a large. the material is soft. Its a great brand. I would definitely buy another set of these briefs.
