Very easy installation especially if you have a permanent electrician. It was a bit of a hassle to set up because even though it's a room away from the Wi-Fi modem, it wouldn't connect. There is an alternate way I did and it worked, it seems weird with most Energizer Connect products. This can be a problem if you are not tech savvy. It works perfectly - we put it in the bedroom as an air conditioner because we often sat on the couch and thought we needed to get up, go upstairs and turn on the air conditioner before bed. that solves the problem. You can set a schedule/timer which is nice too. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the socket's connection to wifi is a problem, the app itself needs shortcuts but seems to be more stable since they updated it. Also, the socket in the application itself often tells me "weak Wi-Fi signal, move closer to the modem" - that's a room away. It still works even if it cries that it is weak. Another downside is that if you're the only person with the app installed, other people won't be able to toggle everything connected to the device itself on and off. You need to unblock the app - it works by turning off the device. . All in all absolutely worth the money.
