I bought 2 of these for my wife's bike. The delivery was quick and the packaging appropriate. They look very nice and while not hard plastic the base is a very good solid composite. It has 3 straps, two on the bottom for attaching to your bike's top tube and a third on the front. which should attach the head tube/kit (front) of your bike. All three ensure stability and prevent falls. This worked great on my wife's bike, but I couldn't attach the front strap because my derailleurs were there. I had to back down a bit. It still works and doesn't budge when riding roads and trails, but this can be an issue on technical mountain bike trails. That's why I gave 4 and not 5 stars. I have an I11 Pro with a rugged lifestyle case. It's tight but fits and my wife has no issues with her Galaxy. I haven't had any issues with the phone in a case either. The touch screen works great. The storage box is great for your wallet and keys or a small bike tool kit. That's enough for a replacement tube. It is definitely water repellent and will keep your gear dry in the rain. I doubt it isn't submersible and weatherproof for long periods of time. Overall I'm happy with my purchase considering the price. My only issue is that since I had to reset my lights because they hit the gear selectors, they aren't as stable and my knees hit them from time to time causing them to shift left or right. Regarding the straps, I can say that they have never let me down, even when I'm on the road with a bike on a bike rack. Definitely a very good product and 5 stars if it fits your bike properly. I probably wouldn't buy this for myself as an afterthought but would look for something to mount it to a bike rack system, but that's just due to my particular bike.
