I ordered a pair of replacement probes and quickly discovered that at least one of them was inaccurate, so I ran a hot water test on both. I added a third probe that works fine and found which of the swap issues didn't work. After that, I used the remaining spare stylus with my old one, but even then found that the remaining spare stylus was still inaccurate. As soon as the temperature in the oven starts to rise, the temperature sensor shows an even higher temperature than in the oven. That means I received two bad probes. I contacted the company through Revain and they never bothered to reply. Normally I wouldn't leave a negative review if I could get in touch with the company and solve the problem, but a complete lack of communication means you won't get any support after your purchase.
