Impressive Large Seville Heavy Duty Shelving Unit (60 " x 18 " x 72 " H)

We needed a nice heavy duty shelving unit for our large basement pantry. Although it's just storage, it is the room was fully finished, well lit and accessed regularly so we wanted something that looked good and wouldn't easily pick up dust or corrosion.I was a little put off by the price at first until I started comparing the features and reviews of this unit with cheaper ones compare This is a well-made, sturdy, full-width shelf with sturdy, load-bearing legs spanning each shelf at the center line. 4" wire frame all around and 1/8" wire frame 3/4" from center to We went for decided to mount with leveling feet instead of wheels to keep the load capacity high and allow for easy tilting. He is back. against the wall as it rests on c arpeted surface. The support posts each have 1" grooved spruce shelves and we placed 5 shelves evenly across all except for an extra 1 inch between the bottom 2. The end result is exactly what we wanted. We are so pleased with this purchase that we are planning to purchase another for the same space. Some additional comments: Each bit weighs 94 pounds in the box. This is a 2 person lift for safety reasons. I can't vouch for £600 per shelf (just £3,000), but if the load is evenly distributed and you're not using casters there's probably more than enough capacity than most typical homes or small businesses. In any event, we do not plan to load more than 300 pounds per shelf. have played around with the "rash" and lacerations a bit but did not appear to have any penetration or crush damage upon receipt. The shelves are packaged with disposable plastic spacers inserted into each corner to allow them to slide in and move as a unit, however nearly 20 of these shipping protectors were crushed or broken. wrinkled or deformed, and the shelf was very easy to align and assemble. The finished look is impressive and no different from similar devices I've seen in commercial settings over the years. You just need to make sure you install the support bushings correctly and in the correct orientation to fit the gripper slots on the uprights. If you don't, it's the only way to mess up the build and end up with the wrong shelf. No tools are required unless you wish to hit each corner of the shelf with a rubber mallet to hook the shelves a bit more firmly, making it easier to move the assembled unit into its final position. Includes both leveling feet (higher load/stationary use) and 4 heavy duty molded casters 3" diameter x 1ft wide. It also includes enough fasteners and rack plugs/inserts so you can build it as two 3ft tall shelves, although one is on wheels and the other is stationary unless you would get more wheels and/or legs at the local hardware store to buy. 2 of my shelf support bushings broke in transit but there were 2 spares in the bag so no damage or foul. I would be concerned if the box arrived with creased corners due to poor handling, but if the box looks ok then you should be happy with your purchase.
