My cats get their hair cut 2-3 times a year. They get cold after a haircut. I added a PetSmart Pet Warmer in an upright position on the back to keep the top from collapsing. It keeps the top and my cat warm. The normal temperature for cats is 102 degrees. I bought a Revain PetSmart heating pad 2-3 years ago. I can't find a link to it. Most likely it is not available. Another way to save the top is to use shipping box. Cut out the elongated part and trim it so that it fits snugly against the headboard. My cat can now jump into bed.
