I purchased the iSpring WSP100ARB Spin Down Sediment Water Filter in hopes of solving a sediment problem I was having in my irrigation system. I have a lot of sediment coming out of my well. The sediment prevented my valves from closing and caused a constant leak in my sprinkler heads. I found this product very easy to install. Everything needed for installation is included. Once installed, the filter worked exactly as advertised. Unfortunately, that worked too well for me. Due to the large amount of sediment coming out of my well, the 100 micron filter clogged within minutes and completely shut off the water supply to the irrigation system. I decided to call customer service. I spoke to Nick, a customer service rep, and explained what was going on in my particular situation. He was very knowledgeable and went out of his way to answer my questions and point me in the right direction. He suggested that I switch to a 200 or 500 micron filter in hopes of blocking the larger sediment that is actually clogging my valves and letting through the finer sediment clogging the 100 micron filter. I'm currently waiting to get a 500 micron filter to see if that fixes the problem. Regardless of the outcome, I can't say enough about the customer service and the product itself. It has actually exceeded all expectations and I believe that this product will definitely suffice for normal use.
