ORIGINAL: It would be great if the filters cost something - they don't cost anything. They let a lot of fine dust through and spread it over the bowels of the Eufys. (Just to be clear: I've had Eufy for years and this (11S Max) for over a year, so it's not an installation issue or that I've started using it in a dirtier or different environment - the filters just don't do theirs Doesn't work well.) Won't buy again. UPDATE: I've been using the Eufy OEM filter in my 11S MAX for a few weeks now and as mentioned the OEM filters don't let fine dust through. How do these filters work? I know this objectively because every day after I start Eufy I use a blower to blow through the filters (to extend the life of the filters and reduce overall costs) and I see the dust the blower blows blows through these cheaper filters (in the suction direction), and Eufy brand filters don't have this problem.
