Poor workmanship and factory quality control

I had a similar coffee creamer. However, I've mostly used it to mix up a small amount of salad dressing. It worked great. I had it for eight years until I dropped it in the sink and the electronics got wet. So I was happy to find this brand with the same product and design. On arrival, however, the rotating agitator shaft was slightly bent and the annular metal-wrapped agitator foot (perpendicular to the shaft) was also bent. It wasn't exactly perpendicular to the shaft as it should have been; it was thrown in the air at a slight angle like a frisbee. The quality control in the factory must be bad. Besides, it works the same way. I had to send it back but it was only $12 so I kept it. In hindsight I wish I had sent it back because I eventually found that the small electric motor on this unit was weak; It's unlikely to sling in liquids that have any viscosity at all, such as liquids. B. Oil and vinegar or buttermilk dressing. I've never used it to whip up some cream for coffee or hot cocoa, but I doubt it will ever do that. Don't spend twelve bucks like me. Spend more and get something that gets the job done and makes you happy doing what it's supposed to do. Update: I downgraded my original rating to one star. This product has no performance at all. They sell it as "foaming agent" but it doesn't foam anything. It doesn't even shake the vinegar essence very well. It's really just a mechanical spoon, as if something like that was needed. I'm looking for a tool that quickly foams liquids and emulsifies spices and vinegar. It hardly does.
