I bought this product to have two monitors side by side. It took some time to figure out how to hack to make this work. On the box I am assuming an email address that you can email for a link to download the drivers. However, after waiting a while and not receiving a link, I found the site and downloaded the drivers myself. First it didn't work, then it worked, and then the screen flickered. I plugged this into one of my multi-USB ports. Turns out this thing doesn't like being plugged into either of them and I have to plug it directly into my laptop or it won't work. Thank goodness I was able to take the mouth off and plug it into my USB docking station and then plug the thing in by itself. I finally got it working. However, now one screen is bright and the other is so dark it looks like a night mode setting. Also, the device itself gets very hot and I can hardly touch it. I think it's not good.
