We have just bought a new home and it has an induction hob. We found that most of our pans wouldn't work with this after looking at the bottom (must be some kind of metal). I have a Nutrichef pan which I really like and it also has a magnetic bottom so I was looking for a similar set. We're making a kitchen with gold accents, so we wanted a set in gold. When I received it I opened the box and it was packaged so well and professionally that the whole set goes together perfectly. I had to inspect each one because we were packing for the move and I didn't want to find out that they wouldn't work when unpacking in a couple of weeks. I used one of the pans to make macaroni and cheese for the kids and the nonstick coating worked great and the handles didn't get hot. They seem very durable and ergonomic - love them!
