My son didn't like the taste of
I tried it on my 14 year old son. He took both ingredients in one capsule and I decided to try this instead. Unfortunately he VERY dislikes the taste to the point where he won't put it in his mouth. I tried too. It's not the best tasting. I can't say anything about the effectiveness of the product.
- sunflower lecithin, not soy. This product contains no GMOs, gluten, dairy or soy. Unlike most liposomal formulas, these phospholipids are not derived from soy.
