repair broken halters.

These straps are designed for halters that have a small leather connector on one side of the halter - not those where the entire top strap is leather. They work well and include the necessary Chicago screws. The skin is thin, but it should be so that you can fold down the ties and make sure it breaks if something terrible happens and your grazing horse gets caught on something.
