My 4 year old loves it when I use color changing nail polish so I'm always ready to try a new set. I've had good luck with Coscelia nail polishes in the past, so I was excited to try this set. Without a doubt I have to say that this is not my favorite color changing paint. The colors are more gelatinous than other similar products I've tried. This means that the colors are not particularly bright even after three coats. The color changing aspect works fine but is less impressive given the overall muted, translucent color. That part was a bit of a shame because my son was looking forward to it when I told him I was using a new color changing polish. . Several colors in this set have this. I just find it difficult to get an evenly distributed shine when dealing with large pieces, and areas that don't get much shine look noticeably mottled. However, I know quite a few who like this type of glitter polish, so I don't think it's a downside, but something to keep in mind if you're like me and it's not your favorite. It's on par in terms of durability. with gel polish of the highest quality. With the right nail preparation and a good primer, base coat and top coat, I was able to last three weeks without any problems. Overall I like this polish but I don't like it. It was fine with me.
