My mum bought this for her and she loves it. Use it every day. So I thought I might give it a try. I wanted to love him as much as her, but I couldn't. I actually gave up halfway through drying my hair and went back to the blow dryer and round brush. Here's the important part: Pros: It's great for normal/fine shoulder length hair. The block produces high heat and medium airpower. Smoothes hair as it dries. My hair never got tangled in it which surprised me since my hair gets tangled easily. Cons: If you have long or thick hair, prepare for some serious arm training. The device is a little heavy, especially after 30 minutes of use. My hands were like jelly. In fact, the device only blows the hair on the brush. So it will take a lot longer to dry if you have a lot of them.
