It will wet you but not cleanse
The product actually fits on the end of a water bottle and produces a low pressure jet of water. When using the bottle, the crackling of the bottle is very noticeable and thus all promises of "restraint" disappear. Worse, the jet isn't directed enough to actually clean you, and so you end up using just as many wipes or wipes as you used to.
