Received these based on comments and thought it would help as I have back problems. But it doesn't work really well, it can't be used with a small soda bottle because the water will come out in the wrong place. Also, the water was gone after 2-3 clicks. I decided I didn't like it and returned it and was denied credit. Even though I returned them, I was still billed for them.

The product actually fits on the end of a water bottle and produces a low pressure jet of water. When using the bottle, the crackling of the bottle is very noticeable and thus all promises of "restraint" disappear. Worse, the jet isn't directed enough to actually clean you, and so you end up using just as many wipes or wipes as you used to.

Works great and fits a Starbucks water bottle. I've used it several times and it still fits snugly in the bottle. It's made of very durable plastic and looks like it won't break if you step on it or even jump on it. It weighs 18.7 grams on my scale. I will be hiking this summer and should save a lot of weight by not taking as much TP.
