EASY Interface - Well Done - Flash and Change Setting

I bought an EVO-NIST1 (Independent Auxiliary Remote Starter) for my 2012 Nissan Altima 2.5S model to use EVO-ALL to use my OEM Set up the remote key fob by pressing the FOB button lock button three times. I planned to install it myself after seeing the installation document which makes me comfortable after seeing the very detailed graphical instructions for each specific car model using only THREE wires to connect to the supplied T-harness with 4 ports for reconnection (switch, OBD, key connector, start button). When you buy an EVO-NIST1 it usually comes with a default configuration, to work with your specific car model you need to reconfigure it, for that you need to have a flash link. Since I plan to make it myself, I also bought flash link. Pros: Very well made Plug n Play Simple interface Very fast connection to laptop or computer with USB cable. Install the latest Flash Link Manager software (via the ifar.ca website), make sure you always need the internet to connect your EVO when you launch Flash Link Manager as the software will constantly connect to a central database for communication. Using the latest Flash Link Updater V2 with the latest Flash Link Manager - it has a new interface which is different from the old one as I watch some YouTube videos on how to use the software and all the videos I find using the old one user interface were. The new interface is slightly different but very easy to use. In the old interface, you get parameters with numbers 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, etc., but in the new interface, the numbering changes to A.1 A.2, B.1, B.2, etc., but it is Find still simple what options you want to put as a description before each number. Flashing your EVO is very easy, just select the make, model and year and press the FLASH button. Flashing takes less than 20 seconds. Flash has two link manager modes in the lower right corner (Remote-Starter Connection Mode) and (Connection Mode Bypass) by default when you start Flash Link Manager software its set (Connection Mode Bypass). To change the remote launcher connection mode, there is an option in the lower right corner. Corner named TOGGLE to change the connection mode. When connected to EVO via Flash Link and pressing TOGGLE to change the connection mode, you get an ERROR that the device is disconnected or a Note device is connected. To make it work, make sure that if you want to use any connection mode, you always disconnect the UBS that connects to the Flash Link and reconnect it when it recognizes it. Cons Whenever I try to save certain options, it doesn't save everything, even the software says it's SAVE, but when I refresh on the options page, most of the options I selected weren't selected and I have to select them again save up. I've found that there is a very specific way to save as there are specific steps you need to take to ensure your options are safe (for me it could be because I'm missing something or it could just be my program or hardware issue is). ) when I read the Flash Link Manager instructions and can't find any specific instructions on this issue. I give four stars for this problem, otherwise it works as it should. One more thing, unless you're a professional installer, you probably won't use it once you've set up your EVO-ALL to match your car's settings. So for me it's a one time use and now that I'm sitting around I might think about selling it and it's almost brand new, only used once. There are vendors who sell the EVO-ALL pre-configured according to your vehicle information and will charge around $20 if you plan to do it yourself and save $20 than buying from them (but you can EVO-ALL included). any specific option you want to disable) This is why I paid an extra $20 for Flash Link.
