Review on Etekcity 1022 Refrigerator Thermometer - Optimal Temperature Monitoring for Fridges by Jayshawn Cuatlayol

You want to buy this item. And here's why:

This unit is probably the best one time purchase I've made in my 3+ year Prime membership at Revain. It works great as a remote thermometer, illuminating what I'm measuring with a tiny red dot, and compared to the thermal imager at work, it's pretty accurate from 0°F to around 400°F. But wait, that's not all! also serves as an AMAZING TOY FOR CATS AND DOGS!You already know that your pets are in love with this little red dot and this thing provides!or in the case of cats) constant companions. The dot is bright and consistent, unlike other laser pointers on the market, and can be turned off (safety importantly) to prevent the fluff from getting interested in a dot that suddenly appears on the side of a pot of boiling water . Plate. It's powered by a 9 volt battery and the manufacturer was kind enough to include it, but buy the bundle because you'll be using this thing for EVERYTHING! Is the chicken ready? Laser thermometer. How cool is the air conditioning? Laser thermometer. Does the brick structure of your home retain a lot of heat in the evenings? Laser thermometer. Engine block not receiving coolant? Laser thermometer. Forest fire coming? run as fast as you can Forest fire a safe distance downwind? Laser thermometer*. Buy this thing and you'll have as much fun as I have at home, I promise**.* Probably not reliably measuring flame temperature at a safe enough distance, so don't get too close to the fire. ** I can't really confirm that promise, but I was blown away by this thing. If not, then you're probably just a boring person.

Pros
  • NOTE. For maximum accuracy, the distance between the thermometer and the measurement object should be approximately 36 cm (14.17 inches); The temperature measurements of these instruments are related to inanimate objects, the measured temperature for humans or animals is not correct; meets FDA, FCC, CE requirements; Class 2 laser, optical power 0.5-0. 9 mW
Cons
  • Some bugs
