HIGH Maintenance for Paring Knife
Bought a full set of these. Sharp, well-controlled knives, but very demanding to care for. I put them on the counter right out of the box. There must have been a few drops of water on it. The blades were rusty and the wood was stained and discolored. They cannot stand even the slightest moisture. They must be washed and dried immediately. If I had known that, I would not have bought them.
