Review on 🔌 Tool Aid S&G Deutsch Terminal Service Kit for 18650 Batteries by Nathan Tsugawa

UPDATE: Customer Service has provided a working replacement. +1 for the support, watched the video and said they would send a replacement so they did. Would have given 5 stars if it worked the first time, but anything can happen and I understand that. I tried to use these for the last time tonight. I am very disappointed with the durable crimping tool in general. I tried using size 20 contacts in it about a year ago and they didn't fit, ordered stamped and formed contacts and used an open barrel crimping tool (which luckily works amazingly). I've attached a video showing a bit more of what the problem is and I'll update my review if Toolaid contacts me to fix this issue.
