Everything is exactly as described. My 11 year old assembled it himself for his little 2 year old nephew so it was easy to assemble. The flexibility of this particular wheel is very good. "Our" two-year-old is designed as a tricycle and equipped with walkable pedals. He's still pushing with his feet and trying to pedal in vain. You never know when it's going to click, so his parents have them ready. BUT, you can remove these pedals or leave them far away. You can set it up as a tricycle or straight wheel. You can change and change your mind at any time. This bike is great!
