It started out a bit big for my 6 month old puppy Scotty but she grew quickly. It's adjustable to a degree, so I knew she could still wear it when she grew up. My pup doesn't like getting wet but she seems to tolerate a little rain on her head and shrugs it off. So far she seems to be fine when covered. It was perfect for keeping her dry, didn't get in the way of her business, and it held and removed very easily. There's even a small slot around the collar so you can attach the leash to the dog's collar underneath. Good price, good quality, adjustable fit.
