The main advantages are that it is able to integrate different platforms with great flexibility and ease of use. It can also be integrated with any other product, allowing you to have more control over your systems. You can get in touch with the support team quickly and solve problems without having to go through multiple layers. I would like to see some improvements as far as customization goes, however they seem to be trying to change this. Their support is excellent, so there's no problem here, but sometimes it takes them a little longer than others to answer the questions. So far we haven't found anything we dislike about it. We needed a software that could help us manage our services desk ticket system in a centralized way. This solution solved our problems and gave us a better overview of our tickets.
