User Friendly Process Management Tool

It is very user friendly to use in our organization as it integrates with other tools we are using such Atlassian products like Jira etc.,The ability to create custom workflows or process templates makes this tool unique compared to its competitors. I would say that there could be some enhancements made by adding more features which can help us solve issues faster without having any manual intervention required from anyone else but still not much improvement was seen since version 2 release so…

  • Good User experience easy enough for all users, including non technical ones.
  • Process Flow design capability allowing you control over how your flows should look & work.
  • Allows automation at various steps along flow journey (ease) if need arises.etc..to automate further processes/workflow activities easily!!!!! : )
  • Easy way out via UI when

Flexible integration for various business needs

The main advantages are that it is able to integrate different platforms with great flexibility and ease of use. It can also be integrated with any other product, allowing you to have more control over your systems. You can get in touch with the support team quickly and solve problems without having to go through multiple layers. I would like to see some improvements as far as customization goes, however they seem to be trying to change this. Their support is excellent, so there's no problem…

User Friendly Application With Good Functionality

The ease of use, that you can quickly connect to the application without any difficulties in understanding it. It is also very user friendly so anyone who uses this software will like using it immediately. I don't really have anything to dislike about the product but yes maybe make some improvements as well because there are many features that could be added such as notifications, reminders etc., which would improve its functionality even further. This is my first experience with Siam broker so

  • No notification capabilities
  • Not enough integrations available yet.(i'm looking forward more addons / connectors)
  • Can we get an option where customer support staff answers queries within 2 hours? instead waiting up until 24hrs
  • More robust API documentation provided by vendors when applicable
