The ease of using the software, the ability to keep my coaching files separate from my client's files, how easy it is to add new contacts, and being able to create and send out reminders and follow up emails without having to use an outside email service provider. I wish there was more training and support available for coaches who are not familiar with computers and technology in general. There are some things that can be difficult to do if you don't know how to navigate CoachVantage. For example, adding new contacts and creating new files can take a little while. Having everything in one place makes it easier to manage all of my coaching activities rather than having to search through multiple folders or email services.
