Review on Silicon Power 2TB Rugged Armor A65 IP67 Shockproof/Waterproof USB 3 by Greg Quinit

Love this little drive. I use it to transfer files with me and between computers around my house. Love the space to store the forks but it doesn't really stay in place. I use a rubber band around it to make sure it doesn't fall off in my bag. The device is very attractive and appears to be durable, time will tell. It's 3/4 inch thicker than my other external drives. Bought on August 10, 2917 Now July 21, 2018 Changed my stars from 5 to 1. In less than a year, it doesn't show up on my old Win 7 desktop, nor on my new Win. Laptop 10. It has never been dropped, taken out of the home, or abused in any way. It just doesn't seem to show up on my computers anymore and I don't even take it from one place to another every 2 or 3 months. It still shows for a safe shutdown, but that's about it. I was sure it was Win 10, but now I know better. After trying it on 2 other computers. One gets into the drive, but that's the end. I had one of those Silicon Power drives and it still works, but I never move it, so who knows what might happen if I do. I didn't get my info back but the company replaced the device as I don't use it for anything really important and having more than one backup including another Silicon Power portable hard drive was no problem. I still don't know why this happened, but I'm glad I found a replacement. Although they had to pay shipping both ways.
