Great customer service, just wish they had hinges.
Bought these glasses for my 2 year old daughter. she loves them However, she's still learning how to use them carefully, so within the first week of use she twisted the pivot on one of the levers. We were able to turn it back a bit, but after turning it again, the screw holding the temple to the frame just didn't hold the glasses together well. I contacted the company and in less than a week they sent me a new pair. I think,
