Update: July 27, 2022 The company contacted me directly to help resolve the sizing issue, but it turned out that the shoes I received were mislabeled. I reordered a size 12 which fits my daughter perfectly and she normally wears a size 12. They informed me the sizes had been updated to match the size. I would say yes, it is true to size. ***** According to the size chart, my daughter's foot is 19 cm. The chart suggested a size 13, which is one size larger than what she currently wears (12). A lot of reviews mentioned that it runs small so I wasn't worried. Well, the shoes actually fit so big that they might be two sizes too big. "Long term" is an exaggeration. The shoes also smell like a foam toy. Not the greatest twist, but mentioning it anyway in case it might bother others.
