TL;DR: The box was incredibly battered when the product arrived. Luckily the machine wasn't damaged except for a few scratches. Took about 30 minutes to assemble and with a great guide. The battery is fully charged so it is ready to use once assembly is complete. Much better than a hand truck with a trailer. Use it in your yard where it's hard dirt, mostly hard clay. If you're going to use it on soft ground, which probably isn't the best idea, consider putting plywood on top to provide traction for the wheels. , or maybe it's standard, there is no brake! To "stop" you need to release the gas, let it stop, etc., then in reverse order. It took us some time to train without a load so that we could handle the operation. We've spent a lot of time studying the manual and you should too. The ball can be adjusted in several heights, but so far we have only used it in the lowest position. The tires are okay, but sometimes they just can't provide the traction needed to tow heavier objects, and when there's a little lift, reversing can quickly get out of hand. Again, read the instructions and practice β these are the keys to success.
