I like that you have so much flexibility in what you can do with this software. In an emergency, it is great to be able to turn your screen from being in'standby' mode to fully operational within seconds. Also, when doing a remote support session, it makes it much easier for both parties involved. The best thing about this product is the ease of use. I wish they included more specific guidelines on how to use certain functions. It takes some getting used to. But once you get the hang of it, everything gets very easy! We utilize ISL Light for several different reasons. From time to time we have clients who do not have internet, and therefore cannot log onto our site. With ISL Light, they are able to connect via their computer or phone! This has saved us many times when they need assistance during specific windows of time.
