I have several different measuring cups and spoons. Plastic spoons with numbers painted on them that wore out, metal spoons with plastic handles that came off, decorative spoons that were too heavy and had rings permanently attached making them difficult to use or find if we detached them . And none of them fit in small spice containers. Now all my problems are finally solved! The cups are engraved with numbers and the spoons are not cheaply printed to avoid staining. All spoons are magnetized so they can be taped together to make them easier to find in a desk drawer and taken apart for the actual measurement. The measuring spoon has two ends, one thin enough to fit in condiment containers and the other in the shape of a standard measuring spoon. This feature also helps when you need to measure liquid and dry ingredients in the same size. (One end will be dry and the other end will be liquid). The construction is all metal with a bit of plastic painted a different color to keep the handles from coming loose. Additional bonuses: each pen has a different colored plastic so you can memorize the color instead of reading numbers and there are additional intermediate measurements in both cups (1/8, 2/3 and 3/4). ); Spoon (1/2 tsp) Excellent and functional sets!
