Ultraship is a great scale for small business. I like how you can customize what is shown in the top and bottom rows. I've set the top line to show pounds as I mostly ship via FedEx. Then the bottom line will show pounds and ounces if I'm shipping with USPS. You can power the meter with a USB cable, batteries or a separate plug (not included). The software, as others have mentioned, is useless. It will not properly transfer back to the FedEx software or the Stamps.com software. It's easier to just type what's on the screen. Turning off the display for the first time can be a bit tricky. You need to press the button on the side of the display and then slide the display to the right until it stops. Then you can pull it out directly. I usually leave this as it can be difficult to weigh large boxes and see the screen at an angle. Overall this is a great product and you can't beat the price.
