I bought this because my original Samsung AC adapter was completely dead; he was two years old and he is with me everywhere. I've looked at many replacement adapters both here at Revain and on several other electronics sites. I've found most of them. Before ordering anything, I always look at the worst reviews first to see if there are any common issues. There were just a few issues shared by more than one person. More importantly, the company keeps a close eye on the review sites that sell their products. In any case (and there were few) when a problem arose, the company replied to the customer and offered to find a solution to their problem - and usually within a few days of the message. The biggest problem, at least from my point of view. See if there are any customers who jumped on the review bandwagon to leave a negative review but never attempted to contact the business. Maybe I'm redundant by giving the company a chance to fix the problem before I leave a bad review. But as for my review, I'm not leaving it until I've used the product for a few weeks either, just to make sure it's holding up. I'm a little late, but it's just more time for testing. And he's doing great. It appears to be constructed the same as the original Samsung adapter. Unlike the original, however, the PWR+ branded adapter comes with a 12 FEET CABLE! If I sound excited, it's because I'm terminally ill and walk back and forth in the hospital three times a week on average — every week. I'm an avid computer user and couldn't survive without a reliable adapter. While I'm in the hospital, it's harder to find an outlet than in an airport terminal to plug in a phone adapter. :) Computers and adapters are constantly stuffed into the backpack, pulled out and put back again and again. Another thing that makes this adapter a great buy is the two-year warranty. Who makes two years these days; stupid question, PWR+ does. I like it enough and I've seen it can be handled a little rough and it will continue to work so I'll be buying a second one just to have on hand. If I'm too rough with the first one, I can ship it under warranty and not worry about how long it will take to get back. The price is so low that I can afford a second one even if I have a fixed income. In summary: Well made product, GREAT price obviously, very fast and responsive customer service, amazing warranty. Around the best products of this type that I have found.
