I could tie a rocket to these things!

Exactly what I was looking for, durable and good quality. Before installing, I recommend the following: take each dowel and screw the board in until it stops. This will ensure the bolt will not dangle during installation. Put the rubber grommets on the anchors, insert them into the hole, turn the screw so that the plate rotates 90 degrees, pull the screw towards you and tighten a few turns to secure the plate to fix. Finish hand tightening and use the ALLEN WRENCH to tighten, not the wrench provided. That's all!
