I was very happy about my order. But when it did happen, it was over quickly. This product has been shown and described as durable. This is exactly what I needed in a baseball gear and gear bag. The bag received did not meet my expectations. It has all the compartments as described. It is not my problem. Although I have to say that the shoe compartment is also thin. My problem is with the overall design. I paid almost $60 for this baseball backpack and wanted something durable. The bag is thin and thin. To be honest if I wanted something of the same quality I would go to Walmart for a much lower price. Also, I can't return it because I need the bag and it's too late to go to another company. I am very disappointed and cannot recommend this bag.
