Looks like factory second. or third.
Sent it back as soon as I received it. I have used Magnaflow and FlowMASTER in the past. This one came with clogged honeycomb parts, the welds were crooked and covered in grease. The Flowmaster I replaced it with didn't have these issues, was the same price, and the difference in quality was HUGE. In the future I will stay away from Walker branded products which is funny because they make other well known brands as great as DynoMax. I want them to continue to maintain quality through their parent company.
